A journey through the ancient flavors of Sardinia in the spectacular location of Tuffudesu.
Caterina will guide you through the world of “Tiricche”, an elegant, simple and ancient delicious sweet.
With the freshest local ingredients and lots of love, you will learn all the stages of the production of the sweet from the dough to the preparation of “su pistiddu”, the central heart of the “tiricca”.
The kitchen is equipped with an ancient pastry board that belonged to our grandparents that still accompanies us in the magic of this ritual and everything needed for the various stages of the work.
Once the sweet is cooked, it will be a pleasure to enjoy it together on our panoramic terrace accompanied by a delicious glass of Moscato.
Duration: 2 hours
Cost per person: starting from Euro 80 (includes ingredients and equipment, apron and hat set).
Minimum number of participants: 2, maximum 4 per lesson.
